3 Tips to treat Migraine Headaches at Home:-





1.       Add 2 drops of lavender oil in 3 cups of hot water & inhale vapours.
2.       Drink Chamomile tea steeped for 5-10 mins in hot water.
3.       Drink a mix of Spinach & Carrot juice mixed in 1:1 ratio.

High blood pressure is the common problem in which the force of blood against your artery walls is enough that is may eventually cause health problem like heart attack.
You can prevent hard disease by following a heart healthy lifestyle, here are strategies to help you to protect your heart.


  •   Have a bowl of salad with olive oil to lower high blood pressure.

  •    Maintain a healthy weight
  •   Exercise regularly.

  •     Eat less saturated fats more            & more fiber cook with ginger or turmeric   twice a   week.
  •   Eat fish at least once in a week.

  •     Include beans or peas in four of your dishes every week.

  •     Eat a piece of that chocolate several times a week that chocolate is rich in     magnesium & fiber.

  •    Exercise at least 30 minutes.
  •   Getting some regular, daily exercise can reduce your risk of total heart disease,   physical activity helps you to control your weight and can reduce the chances of developing other conditions that may put a pain on your heart, such as high blood pressure & high cholesterol.
  •       Eat a healthy diet:-  a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains can help you to protect your heart, beans, other low fat source of protein & certain types of fish also can reduce the risk of heart disease.

  •    Get enough quality sleep:- people who don’t get enough sleep have a higher risk of obesity high blood pressure, heart attack and depression, set a sleep schedule and stick to it by going to bed and waking up at the same time each day.

  •      Get regularly health screening.
  •    Don’t smoke or use tobacco:- smoking or using tobacco of any kind is one of the most significant risk factor for developing diseases. Chemical in tobacco can damage your heart & blood vessels, leading to narrowing of the arteries which can ultimately lead to a heart attack
