WEIGHT LOSS

Getting a perfect body figure is not a miracle now, follow the simple tips and get slim and attractive figure:-
  • Drink green-tea:- green tea is the most effective way to lose weight . It contains antioxidants which helps and stabilizes body weight. Take 2 cup of green tea daily for better result.
  • Eat oats:- oats contain fiber which stabilizes the level of cholesterol.
  • Eat tomatoes & green chilis: - tomato and green chili helps to burn fat in quick time, it helps to stay away from cancer too.
  • Honey: - honey is to best one to burn fat add honey in warm water with lemon & take it daily in the morning.
  • Drink enough water:- drink 10-12 glasses of water regularly as it maintain the body temperature.
  • Eat eggs:- eggs are the rich source of protein & low any calories, eggs helps to built the muscles & develop the good cholesterol.
  • Take sound sleep:- take sound sleep 6 to 8 hours daily, it reduces the stress & freshens of the mind.
  • Workout: - try to do more in intense workout then working out for hours with low intensity exercises.
  • Proper diet:- take a proper diet & stay away from food containing unwanted fats and alcohol, do not eat too fast, slow down the speed of your eating & enjoy the food.
  • Avoid fat lose pills:- do not use fat lose pills they are waste of money & harmful too.
  • Control sodium intake:- sodium intake causes bloating in your belly, that make your belly fatter.
